Sirloin Steaks with Smoky Beans
A barbecue classic… set the smoky beans on the stove and then head to the barbecue. The secret to cooking the perfect steak is to start with the best meat you can (we use only grass fed) and bring to room temperature. Rub with a little oil and season well with lots of salt & pepper. When the barbecue (or pan) is hot and beginning to smoke, add the steak. The smoky beans and corn paired with a perfectly cooked steak will have you state-side in under 20 minutes!
