Group meetings and special occasions are our specialty - both dining
at Pepper Leaf or catering at your home or office! From a board
meeting of 6 members to a low key Christmas or birthday function or
a family reunion of 60 people - we can put together a menu to suit
your function or your budget. We can create a menu of entry level,
mid level or high end finger food or a sit down meal.
Group
functions can be totally customized from one to four courses and can
have many inclusions or exclusions (Coffee and Tea or dinner rolls
for example). Group functions can be set menu (where every guests
meal receives the same dish), alternate meals (where one guest
receives the "type a" dish, and the next guest receives "type b"
dish), or totally a la carte option (where each guest chooses what
they would like from the night/days menu).
We also provide an onsite catering service for lunches, morning teas or even birthdays and celebrations/gatherings of all sizes at your home or workplace - morning, day or night! Our catering can be ordered with or without catering staff to assist your function to run as smoothly as possible, and to allow you to enjoy your function rather than spending the whole time stuck in a kitchen worrying about food service. Onsite
catering jobs can be packaged in one of three ways (see below) or
with our professional catering staff. Our staff are available at
$25.00 per hour per staff member (minimum of 4 hours) in which they
will arrive professionally suitably dressed, will assist setting up
where required, prepare pattered food, heat food, serve food to your
guests for the duration of your function, clean up and remove
appropriate catering rubbish. If staff are not required, catering
orders can be picked up:

Packaged up in cake trays ready for you to platter yourself;

Packaged in foil trays ready for you to put straight into oven;

Pattered on either our platters or your own supplied platters.
